OEF/OIF vets diagnosed with PTSD who were shortchanged on their benefits have until July 24, 2010 to file their paperwork and opt-in to the class action lawsuit filed by the National Veterans Legal Services Program. Time is running out for thousands of veterans who qualify for help through the lawsuit, and some could miss out on this opportunity to get their benefits improved and upgraded. In this story, veteran Ryan Peck is interviewed and discusses his own battle with PTSD after being discharged from the military, and how he even considered taking his own life at one point. Morgan Lewis attorney James Kelley, who provided pro-bono legal services for the plaintiffs in the lawsuit, is also interviewed. Is memory power even a phrase? Well basically what I’m asking is what are some ways to improve my memory. I’m 15 btw so it has to be something I can do if I’m still a minor. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.Also are there little courses I could do that help improve memory? I’ve heard of those so if anyone has any information on any of that it would be great!!!

Omega 3 (In fish) helps, memory exercises, making lists of things you need to do, try recalling things you heard earlier in the day; recall them around 3-5 hours later, if you don’t remember at first keep trying, if you find your at a road block, distract yourself with something else, the answer will pop into your head
Try to learn how to use mnemonics or free association techniques. They help a lot too.
