Toshiba shows 128GB memory chip for mobile
Flash memory storage to boost phones, tablets Toshiba America Electronic Components today announced plans to ship a 128GB embedded NAND flash memory module, the highest capacity available for smart phones, tablet PCs and digital video cameras. The module has a 46MB/sec. read speed and a 21MB/sec. write speed.
